All Take Care Clinics will be open on Labor Day - Monday, September 6 - from 8:30am-4pm.

Our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants take breaks daily, generally between 1:30pm - 2:30pm. Please note that we may stop accepting new patients earlier than clinic closing time due to high patient volume.
